North Portland

North Portland places you between downtown Portland and Vancouver, Wa., with the Columbia River to the North and Willamette River to the South.  Enjoy the many famous bridges and parks.  Quick access to the PDX International Airport, Expo Center, Veterans Memorial Coliseum and The Rose Garden.

 

West Portland/Raleigh Hills

Whether you want to live in the Portland Hills or on either side of them, you will find easy access to any part of town.  This area boasts the Oregon Zoo, The Japanese Gardens, the International Rose Gardens, Hoyt Arboretum, Forest Park, Tyron Creek State Park, Gabriel Park and the Portland Golf Club.

 

Southeast Portland

From the banks of the Willamette River in Downtown Portland, east to Gresham, you will find it convenient living here.  Enjoy the many parks, shops, restaurants, unique neighborhoods and pubs.  Check out OMSI, the Oregon Ballet Theatre, bike the Springwater Trail, hike Powell Butte Nature Park or catch the view off of Mt Tabor.

 

Northeast Portland

Northeast PDX gives you the advantage of living close to downtown, the airport or east to Gresham.  Enjoy numerous parks, malls, pubs and golf courses.  Check out a Trail Blazers game at the Rose Garden, a Winterhawks game at the Memorial Coliseum or numerous activities at the Oregon Convention Center.

 

West Side

Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, King City, Sherwood, North Plains, Forest Grove, Cornelius and Banks.  Gateways to wine country and the Oregon Coast.

 

Gresham Area

With easy access to I-84 and Hwy 26, you'll enjoy Portland and the playgrounds to the east.  Visit Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah Falls, and Mount Hood.  Enjoy hiking, skiing, snowshoeing and fishing.  The area offers plenty of shopping, restaurants and other conveniences.

 

Clackamas/Milwaukee/Happy Valley

Live along the Willamette or Clackamas rivers or up on Mt. Scott.  This area offers both city and rural living and access to Portland or Mt. Hood.

 

Lake Oswego/West Linn

Nestled between I-5 and I-205 for convenient access to anywhere.  Primarily in Clackamas County, you'll enjoy great views of Oswego Lake, the Willamette River and Mt. Hood.  The area offers plenty of shopping, great restaurants, golf courses and parks, including Tryon Creek State Park.

 

Wilsonville

Welcome to the beginning of the Willamette Valley.  Wilsonville borders the Willamette river, offering modern small city or country living 20 minutes from downtown Portland.  The Charbonneau district is a nice planned community on the south end of town which includes a golf club.  Head south or west and enjoy many, many wineries in the Willamette Valley, Langdon Farms Golf Club and Champoeg State Park along the river.

 

Oregon City

The first incorporated city west of the Rockies offers a lot of history.  Live in town overlooking the Willamette River or find a nice piece of country property to settle down.  Visit the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, the McLaughlin House, Willamette Falls or take a class at Clackamas Community College.

 

Columbia County

Columbia County offers small town living but near enough to commute to Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton and the High-Tech Corridor.  Live on the Columbia River or the Multnomah Channel.  Enjoy views of Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams and Mt. Saint Helens.
